Just before dusk, the hummingbirds become very active. They have to go to bed well fed. It is very important that their feeders are full so that they can all eat what they need before they settle in for the night. We have 24 feeding stations at the moment, and they use them all!
This is so sweet. You'll often see hummingbirds chasing each other away, claiming their territory at the feeders. Well, these were sharing so nicely! I watched the two in the center for a while. They very politely took turns at the one feeding station, since all 24 were full!
